On 12/11/2025 in the Terrific Turtles classroom at approximately 10:30am, Staff A was observed on video footage roughly handling and restraining Child A (age 22 months) to redirect the child from hitting another child. Staff A grabbed Child A by their arms and pulled the child over a play tunnel and placed him roughly next to her. Child A, now crying, tried to crawl away from Staff A but was grabbed by his leg and placed roughly into the teachers? lap and was restrained by Staff A for approximately 14 seconds. Child A was released and slightly pushed away by Staff A.

Staff A can be seen on video pushing child C (Age 23 months) to the side, causing them to fall to the ground, in an attempt to intercept the bite between child A and Child B. Staff A then pulls forcefully on child A causing child A and child B to fall to the floor. Staff A can then be seen swatting child A's arm away.

Staff A stated that a head count was conducted outside of the bus however, it was not discovered that child A was not present with the group. A name to face check was not conducted. Staff A and the group of children entered the facility. Child A began banging on the door and trying to open the door when they were discovered by a staff member on the center playground.

Staff A is then seen raising their arms and saying "what happened?" to indicate that child A fell down by mistake. Staff A is not seen on video comforting child A. Child A did not sustain any injuries.
