Summary of Complaint Investigation Visit The visit conducted today included monitoring of the agency's compliance with Licensing Rules and Regulations and Investigate a complaint. If any violations were received, details can be observed in the compliance details section of the visit along with corresponding corrective action plans. Children age 12 months were grouped in the same play space as children who are 6 years old. During an unannounced visit on August 15, 2025, to investigate a complaint, Licensing Consultant Christi Hardy discovered the agency was providing care to children in an adjoining building, which is not approved as part of MeMe's Day Care Center's license. A child care license applies only to the agency to which it is issued and only to the building and premises approved on the license.

Summary of Complaint Investigation Visit The visit conducted today included monitoring of the agency's compliance with Licensing Rules and Regulations and a Complaint Investigation. If any violations were received, details can be observed in the compliance details section of the visit along with corresponding corrective action plans. The 2.5 to 12 year old classroom had 20 children. The maximum group size for that age grouping is 10. The person who was cooking/in charge does not have a current "OK to Work Letter" and has not completed the required trainings needed before you begin

Technical Assistance Provided: 1. Asked her to move the walkie talkies so that there were no loose cords. 2. Talked about the ratio chart and how to maintain complaince. If any violations were received, details can be observed in the compliance details section of the visit along with corresponding corrective action plans. The director acknowledged that at four in the afternoon, the younger class (1-2.5) combines with the older class (3-12).
