Summary of Complaint Visit The visit conducted today included monitoring of the agency's compliance with Licensing Rules and Regulations and investigating a complaint. If any violations were received, details can be observed in the compliance details section of the visit along with corresponding corrective action plans. The agency is under going a renovation. One room of the childcare contains nothing. The other room contains all of the equipment and materials for the childcare. When the children are in the building for nap and using the restroom, there are items labeled "Keep out of reach of Children" that are not locked away. There are loose boards and uncovered outlets in the area. The area used for the children was under going a renovation. The equipment for the children was moved out of the room and not accessible for the children to use. The area contained loose cords, uncovered outlets and loose boards.
