A facility shall provide running water and a safe and adequate supply of drinking water that complies with the standards established under the Pennsylvania Safe Drinking Water Act (35 P.S. §§721.1-721.17).
During renewal inspection on 2/3/26, the inspector reviewed the PWS Compliance Status letter (dated 7/10/24). As of 2/24/26 the facility has not been able to supply the inspector with an updated PWS Compliance Status letter indicating that the facility is in compliance with the Pennsylvania Safe Drinking Water Act (35 P.S. §§721.1-721.17).
