A facility person's record shall include a copy of requests for the criminal history record and child abuse registry clearance information, a copy of the disclosure statement and a copy of the completed clearance information required under the CPSL.

During renewal inspection, staff files were reviewed. Staff #1's previous dated NSOR clearance is dated for 1/15/20. A new clearance was not obtained until 2/11/25. Staff #2's previous state police clearance was dated for 5/31/18 and a new one was not obtained until 7/10/23. Staff #2's previous child abuse clearance is dated for 6/10/18 and a new one was not obtained until 7/15/23. Staff #2's previous NSOR clearance is dated for 5/8/20 and a new one was not obtained until 5/22/25.
