The operator shall comply with the CPSL and with Chapter 3490 (relating to protective services). LACKING REQUIRED HIRING DOCUMENTS: Facility Person # 1 - #4 may not work in a child care position at the facility until all clearances are obtained.

At the time of inspection on 9/17/2024, Certification Representative observed facility staff #1, #2, #3 and #4 working with children and there was not the proper documentation that all clearances were requested prior to employment. Facility staff #1 had a hire date of 8/29/2024. The disclosure statement on file for facility staff #1 was dated 8/7/2024. The FBI was not completed until 9/14/2024 and the NSOR request was completed 8/30/2024. Facility staff #2 had a hire date of 9/3/2024. The disclosure statement was signed 8/30/202 The FBI was not completed until 9/13/2024 and the NSOR request was completed 9/4/2024. Facility staff #3 had a hire date of 9/15/2024. The disclosure statement was dated 9/6/2024. The NSOR request was completed 9/12/2024. Facility staff #4 had a hire date of 9/3/2024. The disclosure statement was signed 8/27/2024. The NSOR request was completed 9/4/2024. Facility staff #4 required out-of-state clearances and there was not documentation those requests were made at the time of inspection.
