At the time of inspection on 2/28/2024, Certification Representative observed that the kitchen area, which is not enclosed or able to be locked, had a drawer that contained sharp knives that was not made inaccessible to children. Certification Representative observed that some of the wood pieces within the outdoor play space on the ground and covering an area of the fence was splintering and could pose a threat to the safety of children.
