A crib in use by child #1, and positioned in a natural corner, lacked 2 feet of space on the remaining sides. The sides were obstructed by an additional empty crib and by an adult size chair.
Multiple 6 volt and D size batteries were accessible to children in an unlocked drawer in the gym.
