On 03/17/26, during the renewal inspection, the art drawer in classroom 3 (toddler A), where children under the age of three receive care, contained pom poms under 1 inch in diameter labeled, "Not for use of children under three years of age". In addition, there were blocks accessible to children in room 8, where all children do large motor play, contained blocks with a diameter of less than 1 inch.
