Electrical outlets within reach of children in the classroom are not safety outlets and they do not have protective covers. Will ensure all outlet covers are covered. Will add to classroom checklist.
The premises are not in good repair as evidenced by toilet is out of order. Maintenance will be contacted.
The center failed to post the capacity for each activity/interest area. 1 out of 1 classrooms failed to post the capacity for each activity/interest area. Will post capacity for each center before Monday 9/11. Will send pictures. Services and Care of Children in Centers:
Educators did not complete the following training within 3-months: CPR Training. New staff members plan to attend CPR training on September 1st. Completion certificate will be sent to licensing.
The ceiling tiles are not in good repair as evidenced by ceiling tiles have multiple water spots. Ceiling tiles will be replaced. Pictures of new tiles installed will be sent to licensing.
