Electrical outlets within reach of children in the preschool room are not safety outlets and they do not have protective covers. The director will have teacher cover outlet covers today. The director will remind teachers to check all outlets to ensure compliance. 8.9.4.29.E.1.:All areas will have sufficient glare-free lighting with shatterproof or shielded bulbs. Finding Lighting in the preschool room is not sufficient. The light bulbs need to be replaced. Corrective Action Plan The director will put a workorder in to get light bulbs replaced today. The director will check the classroom weekly to make sure that all lights are working to be in compliance.

The premises in the playground are not safe in that sidewalk is in disrepair. On 4/30/24 Center Administrator will submit work order for repair . Repair will be done during summer closure 5/24/24 8.9.4.29.A.1.:A center will keep the premises, including furniture, fixtures, floors, drinking fountains, toys and equipment clean, safe, and in good repair. The center and premises will be free of debris and potential hazards. Finding The premises are not in good repair as evidenced by discarded gate is accessible to children on the playground.. Corrective Action Plan Center Administrator will submit work order on 4/30/24.
