As pertains to 1 child, ensure Epi-pens are stored in their original boxes with the child's name and prescription, accompanied by a special care plan that includes procedures for contacting parents and emergency medical services, and both epi-pens are present when two are required.
Ensure fire drills are conducted during each session provided at the center, specifically, in regards to the school-age program.
Conduct and document at least one additional lockdown drill for both the early childhood program and the school-age program.
Ensure that all toxic substances stored in Classrooms 1, 2, and 3 are inaccessible to the children. While the inspectors were present, the toxic substances were relocated and stored in an area that is inaccessible to the children.
