In addition to program managers, all child care staff who are responsible for the supervision of children, or who are necessary for the staff to child ratios, shall have on file documentation of completion of training in accordance with (b) below, which shall: Be completed within 90 days of the first date of employment.

The licensing coordinator's review of five staff files revealed that one staff did not complete the three hours of health and safety training required in 2025. Corrective action: A new checklist for staff to sign stating they have completed all required trainings. These documents have to be signed by the staff member and the supervisor. See attached document.

The child health screening form shall be available for review by the department for each child no more than 60 calendar days after the date of admission.

The licensing coordinator's review of ten child files identified that one child's health screening was not on file within 60 days of enrollment. Corrective action: All children's files will be reviewed every 60 days to ensure that we have not missed any necessary records. All parents will be required to have the physical along with the immunization record on the start date of the child.
