The licensing coordinator's review of five staff files revealed that one staff member did not renew their medication administration training, which was last completed in October 2024, when medication administration training is required to be renewed annually. Corrective action: Staff complete all annual trainings as part of the agency's ongoing professional development plan, however, they are not always linked to their professional registry in NHCIS. Staff have been given directions on how to link Prosolutions to their NHCIS portal. This will ensure all trainings are linked appropriately.
