The licensing coordinator's review of the fire drill log revealed the program did not conduct a fire drill in November 2024 or March 2025 when monthly drills were required. Corrective action: Beaver Brook Association acknowledges that fire drills were not conducted in November 2024 and March 2025, as required by state licensing regulations. This oversight occurred due to a lapse in internal scheduling and documentation procedures. To ensure full compliance moving forward, the Program Director, with support from the Program Manager, will ensure that monthly fire drills are conducted and properly documented. A structured system has been implemented to schedule, complete, and record each drill, with oversight and verification occurring every month. This process will ensure all required safety drills are completed in a timely and consistent manner.
