The complaint source stated that CCSM's yell at the children all of the time. CCSM1 was observed yelling in an unknown child's face for crying. Ms. 4 Tabbi was overheard saying to an unknown child "If you're going to act like a baby, I'm going to treat you like a baby" while placing the child into a crib. Ms. Tabbi confirmed that they do not yell at the children. Occasionally it may get loud, so they may need to speak u to get the children's attention. She added that one of the CCSM's may need to yell out, in a reactive way, to stop/prevent a child from getting injured (bit or hit). She denies making the statement and that she never would. She has never heard CCSM1 yell at a child's face for crying. CCSM1 explained that they do not yell at the children. They are never demeaning with their language. She denies that she has ever yelled in a child's face for crying. Child A's Mother has never heard the CCSM's yell at the children.
