During the onsite inspection, I observed three dish basins in multiple classrooms that were for washing, rinsing and sanitizing. Child care staff members and Ms. Krause confirmed that is how multi-use tableware and utensils were washed, rinsed and sanitized. They are not washed rinsed and sanitized by any of the methods required by the rule.
