During the 09/25/2024 onsite inspection, Child Care Staff Member 1, Child Care Staff Member 3 and Child Care Staff Member 4 all confirmed that the center is out of ratio at opening and it has been on ongoing issue.

During the onsite inspection, I observed three dish basins in multiple classrooms that were for washing, rinsing and sanitizing. Child care staff members and Ms. Krause confirmed that is how multi-use tableware and utensils were washed, rinsed and sanitized. They are not washed rinsed and sanitized by any of the methods required by the rule.
