Staffing patterns were not posted in any of the classrooms. During the inspection the director posted the staffing patterns and provided copies to the Licensing Specialist.
There were 6 staff that the center did not have the center copy of the Criminal Background results, please print out a copy and place in the staff persons file. Send a letter of correction to the Licensing Specialist.
Several staff are missing evidence that a center orientation was completed with them. Please see additional comment sheet for details. Once completed please send a copy to the Licensing Specialist.
One teacher completed a total of 49.5 hours of continued training in her 24/25 training cycle but was short 1.5 hours in her 25/26 training cycle. She should be completing at least 12 hours of continued training within each training cycle.
There was no schedule of daily activities posted in Room A or C. During the inspection the Director posted the daily activity schedule in both classrooms.
Escape plans were not posted in classroom A or B. During the inspection the Director posted an escape plan in each of these rooms.
There was a bag of rice and a box of dehydrated hash browns in the kitchen that were open. Once packages are open they need to be placed in a sealed bag or container. During the inspection these items were placed in a Ziploc bag.
This licensing inspection recorded no violations or advisories.
Classrooms D and A did not have a staffing pattern posted and Classroom E and C had outdated patterns posted. The Director was updating the staffing patterns during the inspection. The staffing patterns were posted and copies were given to the Licensing Specialist at the inspection.
The split rail fencing on the back side of the smaller outdoor play area has one post that is loose and another that has completely fallen. Please secure the loose post and replace the one that has fallen. This should be done as soon as possible. Once repairs are done send a picture to the Licensing Specialist.
There is one teacher that is 5 hours short for her 5/23-5/24 training cycle, she will need to make up the 7 hours for this particular training cycle. She will need another 12 hours of approved continued training by May 31, 2025. Once completed please send copies of each training certificate to the Licensing Specialist.
Rooms D and A did not have an escape plan posted. The Director posted an escape plan in each of these rooms during the inspection.
