At the time of the inspection, the specialist noted that the two gates leading from the outdoor activity area needed to be repaired; one gate is located on the infant and toddler side, and the other gate is located on the preschool/school age side. The gates leading from the outdoor play area to the parking lot must have the self-closing and self-latching mechanisms repaired. The gates were not latching properly. The center is located near a heavily trafficked road. Please have this repaired and submit evidence to the specialist.
