Cited finding
During a review of children's records, it was found that a two year old boy does not have any blood test results. It was recorded by the doctor that blood lead testing was ordered on 09/10/2025, but no results are in his file. Please notify the parent of the need for his blood test results so that the parent may contact the child's physician and obtain the results. Please add the results in the child's file and send a copy of the blood lead test results to OCC for the correction of this non-compliance.
