Cited finding
The Provider reports that she has conducted Fire drills on a monthly basis, but none have been recorded for 2026 on the drill record she provided to the LS during the inspection. The regulation states that the Provider shall record the date and time of each required fire and emergency drill. Please provide written documentation of having conducted fire drills and emergency disaster drills (if conducted) in 2026 to OCC for the correction of this non-compliance. It was also found that the Provider conducted fire drills and emergency disaster drills on the same date and the same time. These are two separate types of drills and should be practiced and recorded as such.
