The third staff member at this site was moved to a different site at the beginning of the school year and there has been a substitute in place. Today, the substitute was a child care teacher from the Plum Point Elementary BASP site. The substitute at this site was not recorded on the substitute record. When substitutes are used, even if they are qualified child care teachers, and they are not on the staffing pattern at the site or a regularly scheduled staff member, they must be recorded on the substitute record. This was corrected while the Licensing Specialist was on site.
