LS observed two drawers in the bathroom that require locks. LS observed the HVAC unit that did not have a barrier around it in the back yard. Provider to submit evidence that the locks have been placed back on the drawers and that the barrier has been put back up around the HVAC unit.
LS observed no evidence that the 2025 Basic health and safety Annual update has been completed. Provider to complete and submit evidence that the annual update has been completed.
