Licensor reviewed 4 of the children's records. Of these, 3 were complete and up to date; the 4th was for a baby who had just started in the program and there was no medical information in that record.

Space (indoor / outdoor hazards) - R Apr 2025
Licensor inspected all of the indoor, licensed space during the monitoring visit, as well as the outdoor playspace. The only hazard that was observed was in the bathroom. There were hygiene products in the shower that were low and accessible.

There are multiple exits from the home, including the front door, side door, and basement rear door. All of these exits were easily accessible, but were not marked with exits signs.

Exit Safety
Licensor reviewed 4 of the children's records. Of these, 2 were complete and up to date; the other 2 records had out of date lead testing.
Licensor inspected all of the licensed, indoor space during the renewal visit, as well as the outdoor playspace. The only hazard that was observed in the home, was hygiene products in the shower in the bathroom. These products were accessible to the children. Outside, Educator utilizes the front yard as the children's playspace. No hazards were observed outside.
Space - Toxic Substances
There are cleaning products stored in drawers in the basement space. The children have access to these drawers. During the virtual visit, Educator moved the cleaners to a separate space that is behind a gate and inaccessible. Please ensure any cleaning supplies are never stored in an area that is accessible to the children.
