Educator gave Licensor a virtual tour of the licensed space and the following hazards were observed: In the kitchen there was one junk drawer accessible, which had scissors and other loose items. There was another drawer that contained plastic baggies and cling wrap. Please lock these drawers or remove hazards. In the dining room there was a TV that was not anchored. Please anchor the TV to avoid tipping. No other hazards were observed.
Indoor Hazards
Licensor was not able to observe the outdoor space during the visit. Educator was asked to submit pictures of the space and she did not. Please submit pictures of the outdoor space.

Please fix locks and confirm once completed. In the outdoor space, the grill was not covered. Please add cover and confirm once completed.
