The educator requested the swing set to be added to the licensed space. The educator built a fall zone, however the depth of the mulch is eight inches where nine inches are required. The fall zone area does not extend six feet out on the back of the structure as required. Discussed options to bring structure to compliance. There is a climber that requires the same six feet clearance that is very close to the edge of the fall zone and needs to be moved. One horse riding toy on grass. Please remove or move it to the fall zone area.
