On the day of the visit [redacted] said they have not conducted monthly evacuation drills. They explained they have only conducted quarterly drills with the local Fire department.
There was a loose railing on the stairs leading to the second-floor preschool room. There was a large floor fan on top of a shelving unit in the second-floor preschool room.
There were shelving units that were not secured and could pose a tripping hazard for children.
On the day of the visit EEC Licensor was not able to assess compliance with Staff first aid Training. Please supply evidence of current first aid training.
On the day of the visit [redacted] was alone in the facility, with a group of 8 children, prior to the last two hours of the program day. There was no second adult trained in the program's health care and emergency procedures immediately available in case of an emergency.

The program had an allergy/medical information posting that was dated 2022-2021.
On the day of the visit the Educator in the toddler room was assigned to open the door to visitors. The Educator left the toddler children along in the room with no supervision while they opened the door on two occasions. On the day of the visit EEC Licensor observed the preschool Educator in an areas of the room, cleaning the tables. The Educator could not provide adequate supervisor for the children in care becasue she could not see the children from that area of the room.
Attendance Recording and Group Sizes/Ratios
The attendance record in the Preschool room did not include a child that arrived to the program almost two hours prior.
Review of children’s records revelat that one child with an IHCP did not have parental consent for the admistratrion of rescue medication. Another child with an IHCP did not have rescue medication on site at the time of the virtual visit.

On the day of the visit it was determined by the program Director/Owner that they had 7 inches of much in and around the fall zones rather that the required 9 inches.
A complete Staff Records checklist was not available on the day of the visit.
