On the day of the visit the Program did not have a current Building Inspection Certificate.
On the day of the visit there were expired medications held by the Program. On the day of the visit children’s non emergency medications were not in a locked container.
Two staff hired in August of 2022 did not have evidence of current first aid certification on file.
There were no materials available or accessible for children to engage in activities when children arrived to the program. During the time of the visit Educator never provided materials or planned activities for children.
On the day of the visit the program did not have a current Building Inspection Certificate or a current Fire Inspection. The inspection posted were expired.
The space did not include a small, quiet area that is inviting to children, visible to staff and easily accessible to children who seek or need time alone.
