CPR and FA certifications expired on April 2021. Please upload a copy of both updated certifications upon arrival.
In the basement area, facing the playroom, Licensor was able to observe that there is a sink located near the entrance of this unlicensed storage room. If approved, Provider can be able to use this sink to do handwashing as long as she moves at least 4 ft. high some hazardous items stored on both sides of the entrance near the sink. Also she will need to place a gate right after the sink so the children won't have access to this storage room
Licensor observed a rock wall in the backyard. Please have this wall protected or barricaded to help prevent an injury.
