During the visit there was lack of supervision for a group of five children in tv room without an educator. The children were watching videos requiring educator guidance.
Six children's files were reviewed during the visit. Two of the files examined had expired signatures and required updated parent consent.

Three of the six staff files reviewed had no evidence of physicals, 2 MMRs, and staff orientation. Two driver files were reviewed one had evidence of an expired 7D license.
During the visit the licensor observed thirty school aged children and two educators in a group. The child/staff ratio is 13/1.

During the program review, there were two educators with incomplete BRC submissions.
