A monthly calendar keeper is used to record attendance with the daily arrival and departure times of the children. At the time of the visit, the attendance had not been recorded for a week. Attendance must be accurate at all times with arrival and departures being filled in as they occur. Educator also did not have daily attendance for her assistant. Discussed adding Emily's attendance to the bottom of the children's attendance sheet.
Allergy list was not posted as required. Location of emergency medication should be added to this list.
