We discussed to repair the following: secure three shelves, repair safety lock of kitchen drawer with knives, acquire fitted sheet for pack-n-play, reduce the height of the mattress for the eight month's old child's pack-n-play and transition the older children to cots or mats for napping.

We discussed to install the missing sections of the fence in the backyard facing the driveway area, and install a safety lock on porch's door.

The educator had two plastic slides placed on cement. We discussed the regulation to install proper ground cover or remove them. A copy of the Outdoor Home Playground Safety Handbook will be sent by email for the educator to review.

We discussed to install the handrails on the wall along the stairs to be within reach of toddlers hands.
We discussed to remove construction materials and a washing machine from exit areas.
The diapering mat had a cloth cover while the educator changed a child's diaper. We discussed the regulations and a copy of the Cleaning, Sanitizing and Disinfecting policy will be sent by email for the educator to review.
