Through a review of all(7)staff records it was noted that one Educator did not have evidence of [REDACTED]
The attendance records for the preschool and infant classroom did not accurately reflect the number of children present on the day of the visit.
An [REDACTED] that was on file for [REDACTED] school age child in the program was not signed by the parent. The [REDACTED] also did not have required information regarding the directions of storage, or the times that the program should specifically administer the [REDACTED].
Not all snacks is the infant/toddler classroom were observed as being stored in a sealed or closed/container. The milk in the toddler and preschool classroom refrigerator that staff indicated was used for the children had a recommended use date that had past.
The thermometer in the toddler classroom refrigerator registered 29 degrees F and the thermometer in the preschool classroom registered 30 degrees F. Both which are not between the required 32-40 degrees to demonstrate food/milk is being stored safely.
The two step process of cleaning and then sanitizing the tables prior Child A sitting at the table to eat lunch in the toddler classroom was not followed. The Educator sanitized the table with bleach and water, without first cleaning it with soap and water.
