No medication consents on file for a child with three medications.
One child's IHCP states [REDACTE but the program has [REDACTED] Additional paperwork from doctor only states epi-pen, so it is unclear what the actual plan requires. Another child's IHCP was dated 8/30/2022 and is no longer valid.
The following was found during the review of the Evacuation Drill Log: The program did not have evidence of a drill in April 2023.
