During the safety inspection of the program, the following was found: 1) An outlet in the Infant One Classroom was broken and missing a piece. 2) Throughout the program, multiple shelves/ equipment were not secured.

At the time of the visit, the Toddler One Classroom did not maintain accurate attendance. Seven children were signed in, and only six children were present.
At the time of the visit, the written plan for diapering and toilet training was not posted in diapering/toileting areas of the Art Room, Primary One, and Two.
At the time of the visit, multiple classrooms through the program did not have a written emergency/evacuation procedure posted.

During the safety inspection of the program, the following was found: 1) Chipping/ Peeling paint was found in the Infant and Toddler Classrooms and the Primary 2 Bathroom behind the trash bin. 2) The Green Rug in the Primary 1 Classroom is a tripping hazard, and the ABC wooden board was not secured. 3) The Cubbies in the Primary 2 were not secured at the time of the visit.
The Toddler Classroom did not have accurate attendance during the visit. There were nine children present, and only eight children signed in.

During the Health and Safety review of the program, the following was found: 1) The baseboard in the music area in the Preschool Primary One is peeling off the wall, exposing drywall. 2) A plunger and toilet brush were found in the Preschool Primary Two bathroom, which was within reach of the children.

Four Staff Records were randomly selected, and the following were found: 1) One staff member had expired PQ Registry. 2) One staff member did not have evidence of a current Physical. 3) 3 staff members did not have evidence of bi-monthly observations since December 2022, and one did not have evidence of the bi-monthly observations required by regulation.

Safe sleep
During a safe sleep check in the Infant/Toddler classroom, the following was found: 1) Two Crib sheets were not properly fitted to the mattress creating a potential risk to children.

During a diaper change in the Toddler classroom, it was observed that the educator and a child left the diapering area without washing their hands.
At the time of the visit, the following was found while reviewing all indoor licensed spaces: 1) In the Infant/Toddler classroom, an educator's backpack was found under the counter within reach of the children. 2) In the Primary One classroom, an educator's purse was found on the top of the snack shelf within reach of the children.
This enhanced monitoring visit inspection recorded no violations or advisories.

An Educator in the Toddler Classroom did not follow proper hand washing procedures when the educator did not wash their or the child's hands after a diaper change.
In the Toddler Classroom, hand sanitizer was found on the diaper bins within reach of children.
