Outdoor Playspace - Hazards
The water temperature was reading at 123.5 degrees F. The water temperature must be adjusted to not exceed 120 degrees F. Please provide picture.
The gap between the spindles on the main entrance stairway are about 5 inches apart in which can cause a head entrapment. The educator added a mesh, however, it was not properly installed. Please provide picture.
The educator has added a permanent fence to the outdoor play area. The two tanks located in the play area must be protected with a barrier to prevent injuries. The two air conditioning units need to be protected with a cover.
Please provide copy of current CPR and FA certification.

The home is located on what EEC defines as a busy street. The home has a playground structure that does not include the required fall zones. The structure must be removed or the educator must indicate it will not be used with the daycare children. A pole for a hammock was also placed in the backyard. Please remove from the space.
