1- Two educators and [redacted] were unable to find a child’s emergency medication. They did not know where the medication was stored, it was later found to be expired. 2- One educator [redacted] while the other educator was covering a staff member’s break. All educators must be aware of the contents and requirements of the child’s IHCP, as well as where and how medication is stored.
