The approved child care spaces were cluttered with clothes and toys. This issue has been cited previously. The trampoline located in the diapering area needs to be removed from the licensed space. Trampolines are prohibited.
The water temperature was exceeding 120 degrees F. It was tested and reading at 124 degrees F. The water temperature needs to be adjusted to not exceed 120 degrees F.

The two playrooms were covered with toys all over the floor that can create a hazard. The licensee must ensure that space is arranged to provide clear pathways for movement from one area to another. This issue was cited previously. The water temperature was exceeding 120 degrees F. It was reading at 123.3 degrees F. The diapering mat had areas that were damaged and not in good repair. The diapering mat must be replaced. This issue was cited previously.
A small trampoline was located in one of the playrooms. Trampolines are prohibited.

The program was exceeding license capacity. The educator was caring for three children under 15 months old.
The diapering mat had areas that were wripped and not in good repair. The diapering mat must be replaced. Toileting facilities were easily accessible and proper toileting practices were observed.
The first aid kit was missing the family contact information.
The two playrooms were covered with toys all over the floor that can create a hazard. The licensee must ensure that space is arranged to provide clear pathways for movement from one area to another.
The educator was using an alternative play area. The educator is adding her backyard to the outdoor space. The home is located near a body of water. The backyard was not properly barricaded. The tree line must be protected with a steardy barrier that is at least four feet high. The area must also be kept free of dog waste.
The educator was exceeding adult-child ratios. The educator was caring for four children of whom three of the children were under 15 months old. The educator cannot care for more than 3 children under two years of age, one has to be at least 15 months old and walking independently. Please provide what plan has been put in place to ensure the program does not exceed adult-child ratios.

One of the records was missing the medical information. 4.)One of the records was missing the annual update form. 5.) All records must list under the general permission section walks around to neighborhood and park. 6.) One of the records was missing the educator's name on the required fields.
1.) The emergency plan did not include the exact address for the place they will use to shelter if needing to evacuate the program. 2) The plan did not specify the exit routes used at the FCC program if needing to escape.
