Refrigerator Temperature
The refrigerator temperature was reading higher than 40 degrees F. The refrigerator temperature must be adjusted to read between 32 and 40 degrees F.
The water temperature was tested and reading at 140 degrees F. The water temperature must be adjusted to not exceed 120 degrees F to prevent scalding.
The carbon monoxide detector located on the first floor was not working accordingly. The basement and the second floor were missing carbon monoxide detectors.
The side entrance had peeling paint. The home must be free of peeling and chipping paint.
The front stairway had an open side. A railing must be installed on the open side of the steps to prevent children from falling.
