The water temperature was exceeding 120 degrees F. The water temperature was set to 121.6 degrees F. The gates to the front stairs were not being used at this visit. The stairs need to be barricaded when children under three years old are in care. The backyard had dog waste that needs to be clear. The pet food needs to be placed in an area that is not licensed.

The basement did not have a working carbon monoxide detector. The grill located on the deck and the grill located outside of the deck need to be covered or removed from the outdoor area used with the daycare children.
The water temperature was reading at 124.5 degrees F. The water temperature must be adjusted to not exceed 120 degrees F. Please adjust water temperature and provide new reading.

Two of the records were missing the updated physicals and one record was missing the updated lead exam.
The door to the bedroom in which some of the children were napping was closed. If the children are napping in separate rooms, the door must be kept ajar.
One child was observed drinking a bottle in a pack n play when the licensor arrived to the FCC program. The child must be held while fed a bottle or if the child is able to hold the bottle on their own, the child may do so seating down on a high chair or a child size chair.
