The water temperature was exceeding 120 degrees F. It was tested and it was reading at 123.4 degrees F. The water temperature needs to be adjusted to not exceed 120 degrees F. The smoke and carbon monoxide detectors were installed, and the program reports they are working accordingly. The diapering surface has a washable mat, and disinfecting product is used to wash the area. The first aid was fully stocked.
