There was a stained ceiling tile in classroom 3.
One classroom had inaccurate attendance. One classroom had children pre-signed out. EEC shared which classroom and additional technical assistance regarding attendance tracking during the exit interview.

One child's emergency medication was not readily available on site. The name of the child was shared during the exit interview.

In the WB2 classroom there was an unlocked low lying cabinet which contained bleach accessible to children.
One child had an expired Individual Health Care Plan for their emergency medications. One child had no medication consent form to accompany their emergency medication.
