Educator stated that she has been conducting evacuation drills but has not been documenting them.
Some children's medical records are due for update.
Educator stated that she has not completed the EEC Essentials 2.0 training.
The First Aid kit is missing the Emergency Card for 2 children.
There is a smoke and Carbon Monoxide detector in the hallway between the rooms and one on the second level of the house. Educator tested them and it's not working. Educator stated that she will reach out to the housing management.
The hot water temperature is 130 degrees Fahrenheit. Per regulation, hot water temperature must not exceed 120 degrees Fahrenheit.
There is a smoke/Carbon Monoxide detector in the hallway between the stairways, the kitchen, and the playroom. The educator tested it and it is not working. Educator stated that she will reach out to housing management for it.
The educator stated that she started to work on progress report on 04/14/2025.
One of the children currently enrolled in the childcare program has a medical condition that requires the educator to post list of emergency or lifesaving meds, and the educator has not posted this information.

One child does not have an emergency card, and one child's emergency card is due for update.
Kitchen: some cabinets and drawers are not child proofed, and they contain knives, serrated materials, and other hazards in them. Bathroom: the bathroom vanity is not child proofed and they contain cleaning products, shampoo, and other toxic substance in it. Licensor also observed a bottle of disinfectant spray on the floor next to the toilet and within children's reach.
Attendance log has not been documented for this week. Educator has not been logging time and time out for the children in the attendance logs and is missing the attendance log for the week of 3/6/2023 for some of the children.
