Emergency medications readily available
At the time of the visit the toddler classroom's resting mats had napping materials on them, causing the blankets to touch one another. This is not a sanitary way of storing the blankets.
At the time of the visit three staff files were reviewed and the following was found: one file was missing a current [REDACTED], two staff files were missing the date of interview and two staff files were missing current annual evaluation.
At the time of the visit that was not an allergy/medical condition list posted in the program.
In the toddler classroom an educator's purse was stored in a lower cabinet, accessible to children, posing a potential hazard.
At the time of the visit one child needing emergency medication did not have it available onsite.
At the time of the visit one door directly leading outdoors did not have evacuation procedures posted.
At the time of the visit one child's IHCP form was missing a parent signature.
