At the time of the visit, in a review of two students IHCPs, one students medical documentation was missing the name of the diagnosed condition and the plan to follow for the condition. Another student had two diagnosed health conditions listed on one EEC IHCP. The licensee must maintain as part of a child's record, an individual health care plan for each child with a chronic medical condition, which has been diagnosed by a licensed health care practitioner. The plan must describe the chronic condition, its symptoms, any medical treatment that may be necessary while the child is in care, the potential side effects of that treatment, and the potential consequences to the child's health if the treatment is not administered.

At the time of the visit, in a review of the staff meeting log, the documentation was not fully complete. May 2023, June 2023 October 2023 and August 2024 did not have documentation of the length of the meeting. Documentation of a July 2024 staff meeting was missing. In programs with four or more staff the licensee must develop and follow a written plan and must document regular staff meetings of at least two hours per month to consult with educators on program issues; program planning; policies and procedures; parent communication; implementation of the regulations; children's behaviors and meeting the individual needs of children.
