The following were observed indoors: -Chipped paint in several areas of the building. -A sharp piece of metal slightly protruding from one cabinet.
An educator was observed diapering a child The educator did not wash the child's hands after diapering. She returned her to the group. In addition, the educator did not use a barrier between the child and the diaper changing surface.
The medication for one child was expired.

In the fish classroom, when asked, one educator did not know how many children she was assigned to supervise.
In one room, evacuation procedures were not posted at each exit.
There was a small amount of chipped paint in several rooms.
-Rm I/ Pre tod: Attendance indicated 5 children were present however 6 were actually in attendance.
There was a small amount of chipped paint in Dino 1 and Dino 2.
The Green mesh divider between two playgrounds was not taught and a child was observed lifting it. This could be an entanglement hazard.
