Although the educator is completing progress reports they are not up to date
The Licensor observed many outdoor hazards behind the shed that were accessible. The Licensor observed many pieces of loose vinyl siding with sharp edges accessible, a ladder, piles of bricks, pipes, and a loose hose on the ground that could pose a tripping hazard. These items were all accessible and pose a danger to children. A shelf in the playroom isn't bolted and could pose a tipping hazard. Loose cords were observed to be accessible in a desk in the living room. Loose telephone cords were also observed accessible in the living room along with a long hanging cord that was observed in between the double living room also accessible. Cords pose a strangulation hazard to children and should be made inaccessible. The shelf in the living room that contained video games was not bolted and posed a tipping hazard. The exercise bike in the living room was accessible and could pose a danger to the children if they tried to climb on it or tried to ride it.

The changing surface isn't protected with a covering that is of adequate size to prevent the children from coming into contact with the changing surface. Only one changing surface is used. Also observed was a diapering basket with creams, lotions, plastic gloves and lysol wipes accessible in the living room.
