The licensor observed 2 outlets in the basement to be uncovered
The licensor observed 2-3 children exit the front door and walk down the 3 stairs and around the corner of the house to the outdoor space without an adult. The educator lives on a busy street
In the basement space the licensor observed there to be 2 climbing structures that had been previously approved by EEC. These structures are not approved for indoor use and because they are 18 in or above they require appropriate ground surface covering. There was also a small trampoline in the basement which the provider removed while EEC was present

Attendance Logs
The Educator had proof of current vaccinations for one of the dogs. She did not have the vaccination records for the other dog and the 4 cats. Please send proof of vaccinations.
There were no toothbrushes on the premises; some parents had signed the Oral Health Non-participation form, but not all parents.
The refrigerator temperature exceeded 40 degrees. Discussed that the temperature must be between 32 and 40 degrees.
