Safe Sleep - infants sleep on back
Individual Health Care Plan (IHCP) - R Apr 2025
During a review of "Safe Sleep" protocols in the infant room, the licensor observed two infants lying face down in their cribs. When asked, the educators reported that the infants were placed in the crib on their bellies.
During a review of one child’s emergency medications and accompanying IHCP's. It was noted that one of the child's chronic medical conditions , did not have an IHCP.
