The step to the porch is high which can cause an injury when children are stepping down the porch. The porch must include another step in order to prevent injuries. The porch will be used as one of the escape routes.
The carpet to the stairs leading to the second exit is not in good repair. The carpet must be replaced and must be kept in good repair. The bottom of the stairs is missing a pressure gate.

The outdoor play area must be properly barricaded. The home has a trampoline. Per educator, the trampoline will not be used with the day care children.
